Kings Heath is the home of many practising artists, and is developing a reputation as a centre of art and creative activity. And now Kings Heath Community Centre has been relaunched as a community-led Centre that will serve as a hub for creativity, support and connection to the surrounding areas – so it’s an obvious place for the Kings Heath Art Market in 2026.
The monthly Kings Heath Art Market is a vibrant celebration of local creativity, craftsmanship, and community. We pride ourselves on curating a variety of works from talented local creators providing a fresh and diverse range of art and artists for you to experience. The friendly and social atmosphere is one of its big features, with an opportunity to chat with the artists about their works and maybe the story behind them, with background music from local musicians. After a tour round why not sit and enjoy coffee and cake in the centre’s café – while you admire your purchases.
The Market is free to enter and happens on the afternoon of the third Saturday of the month between noon and 4pm. The Community Centre is easily found just off Kings Heath High Street in Heathfield Road, and has its own car park (but please register your number in the foyer). Come and experience the Kings Heath Art Market and celebrate the diverse and creative spirit of Kings Heath. We can’t wait to see you!
