Trad Arts Team News January 2026

Best wishes to you all for 2026. There is always a great sense of participation at folk events, bringing people together in a sociable setting to share the folk culture that we love. The weather may be damp and grey but the music is sure to bring some light into your lives. We hope to see you at one of the events listed below.

Absolute Beginners Anglo Concertina with Cohen Braithwaite-Kilcoyne

No previous musical experience is required – concertinas can be borrowed for the session.

Birmingham Storytelling Café: Keith Rogers tells stories from ‘Anita’s Book’.
